Sensitivita is thrilled to present Explore More: Conscious Families. This is a two-part workshop in Almuñécar, held over two weekends on 13th - 15th and 28th - 29th January! This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse you and your family into an engaging and educational experience filled with practical workshops, fun connecting activities and community experiences.
Explore More: Conscious Families is suitable for families with children aged 8 to 18 years old. Whether you´re a solo parent, coparenting or in a relationship, come and join us for these fun and informative weekends of practical workshops. Limited places are available as we aim to create an intimate, immersive and held space for this fun and awakening family journey. You do not need to come with your children or even a partner, coming as a single parent alone is just as beneficial as coming as a whole family unit.
During the two weekend workshops, we will explore how to understand each other on a deeper level, connecting with ourselves and our family members and cultivating a practice of relating with greater compassion. The course material will support, in a fun and engaging way, the awakening of current family dynamics and will shine a light on ways we can implement shifts and agreements for a richer and more connecting family experience.
What rolls do we play? Where do unconscious behaviours dance within our relationships and how can we grow more aware and robust to live freer from these shadows? How do we make decisions and how can we create a safe environment for all?
These workshops will cover the same material but in two separate groups. One group will be aimed at children 8 - 15 and delivered with actions, games and activities. The other, aimed at adults 16+, will incorporate head learning and other more adult activities. On each day there is whole group learning and integration space as well.
Included in this course is a 1-1 family consultation and aftercare.
Further details coming soon...

Rope play has been used and practised the world over for a very long time. Originating in Japan from rope bondage (Shibari/Kinbaku), rope play is the act of tying up a person, typically by using some form of rope. Some of the reasons people engage in rope play are: for aesthetic purposes, a form of meditation, stress relief, arousal, stimulation, relaxation and trauma release, sexual pleasure, role play, a submission of control for inner healing and it can also be an effective trust-building practice between partners.
This workshop can be enjoyed by all genders, body types and sexual orientations and is a great way to encourage healthy communication, trust and excitement in your relationships, it doesn´t matter how kinky you are on the BDSM spectrum. This experience is suitable for absolute beginners and no prior experience, equipment or partner is necessary to participate in this workshop.
The focus of this workshop is on the ritualistic use of rope and the using of rope as a love language to connect within your intimate relationships. You will learn practical skills and ties to start you on your journey with rope. We will cover basic safety, the fundamentals of rope play, history, understanding tension and flow, the setting of intentions, power dynamics and tips on negotiation and scene setting. There will be an opportunity for free-tying, photography and open discussion to answer any questions that may arise. This is a tremendous way to increase self-confidence and meet new friends.
