A prospect or client have the right to ask:

  • to see their personal information
  • to be given a copy of their personal information
  • that we make changes to their personal information

  • have their personal information erased

We process Personal Data in a proper manner and take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification. If, in the unlikely event, a data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of the prospect or client, then they will be notified within 72 hours of Sensitivita first having become aware of the breach.

Social Media

We may utilize social media websites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to update prospects & clients and other interested parties about events and other news. Their voluntary participation in these social media efforts is subject to the Terms of Service of the relevant social media website.

Cookies identify users and can store information about them and their use of our website. We use cookies to keep track of prospect & client activity on our website and make improvements. If they do not wish to have a cookie stored on their computer they can disable them in their browser security options. We always notify a user that our website uses cookies.
